As co-owner of 510Property, Mariam Ali leverages over a decade of real estate expertise to elevate Calgary’s dynamic short-term rental market. Starting at Avalon in 2016, Mariam distinguished herself as an Area Sales Manager, guiding hundreds to homeownership and mentoring future sales leaders. Promoted to Sales Manager in 2021, she led operations and site development, later unifying New Home Sales, Lease Ups, and Service & Warranty as Manager of Customer Experience in 2022.


With extensive experience in sales, construction management, marketing, and service/warranty, Mariam delivers a customer-focused approach. Renowned for tackling challenges head-on, she thrives in adversity, ensuring innovative, client-centered solutions. Her leadership in high-performing teams and strategic leadership groups drives impactful results. As co-owner, Mariam spearheads 510Property’s mission to redefine short-term rental management, forging strategic partnerships with private owners and builders to deliver premium rental properties.
